exercising can all be setbacks. These are not excuses for giving up on your exercise routine, however, as everyone has to deal with similar problems. It’s okay to take a break when you need to but begin again as soon as you can. If you have to start over from the beginning, that’s still better than giving up on your fitness routine. You don’t have to let obstacles and setbacks stop you because they are a normal part of life.
It can be very easy to find reasons to not start or quit a fitness program. However, if you are honest with yourself, you will see that these reasons are really just excuses.
